To confirm your appointment, an £80 non-refundable deposit is required. Your appointment will not be secured until the deposit has been received.
 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new £80 deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
 

For top-up appointments, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur an £80 cancellation fee.
 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. In this instance, your £80 deposit will be forfeited, and a new £80 deposit will be required to rebook.
 

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect your ability to make future bookings.
 

Appointments may only be rescheduled once. Any further changes will require a new booking and deposit.
 

All appointments must be attended individually. Children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
 

Semi-Permanent Makeup Top-Ups

Semi-permanent makeup is a two-session treatment. It is your responsibility to book your second, or top-up, appointment within 4–6 weeks of your initial treatment.
 

Appointments booked after the 6-week period will be treated as a colour boost appointment and charged accordingly.
 

Behaviour Policy

I operate a zero-tolerance policy towards verbally abusive, threatening, disrespectful or aggressive behaviour. Any such behaviour may result in the immediate termination of your appointment and refusal of future bookings.
